The college is the product of the vision of the founding  father Late Dr. Vizarath Rasool Khan. The eminence of this college and its vibrant activities are basically due to the contribution of many eminent personalities from different walks of life. Distinguished Academicians, judges, civil servants, doctors, industrialist and philanthropists are closely associated with the group and development of the institution as members of governing council.
           
The successive principals and members of the faculty have also contributed in carving niche for the institution.
           
Presently the college management committee consists of several outstanding academicians, civil servants and distinguished men of public life.
